Frankie Bridge shows off her amazing figure in a black bikini

Frankie Bridge looked amazing in a black bikini on Sunday, after revealing she made her husband Wayne write a will mid flight while on the way to their honeymoon. 

The Saturdays singer, 32, who wed Wayne in 2014, showed off her washboard abs in the simple two-piece in an Instagram snap as she soaked up the sun on holiday.

It comes after Frankie recalled becoming overwhelmed with a 'sense of terror' while leaving their youngest son Carter, now six, behind on their honeymoon, with her anxiety fearing the worst could happen to herself and husband Wayne, 41.

In the Instagram snap, Frankie donned a Hunza G black bikini which showed off her sensational figure, while opting for a flowing black shirt to cover up.  

She kept the sun at bay by donning oversized Gucci sunglasses, and wore gold hoops in her ears. 

The Loose Women also wore gold bangles around her wrist, and a dainty gold necklace.

The sun-drenched snaps come after she revealed in her new book Grow: Motherhood, Mental Health & Me she forced Wayne to draw up a will while on a plane to their honeymoon. 

The former singer cited the stress of leaving her then nine-month-old baby for the first time as the reason for her sudden outburst. 

'I burst into tears. The stress of leaving Parker behind had been building up.' 

She continued: 'I had tried to overcome the sense of terror and fear that engulfed me throughout the days leading up to this moment and suddenly, when I realised I couldn't turn back, I was here, on a plane, with no exit, it hit me.'

Her concerns came from the fact if the pair of them passed away then her son wouldn't have any parents, and they had not yet put any contingency plans in place.  

'At a time we were supposed to be at our happiest, I realised that if we both died Parker would be alone and without parents for the rest of his life.

'Not only that, but we had made no plans in case this happened, we had left no will or provisional plan for how he would be cared for.

'No one would know what our wishes were for him. I made Wayne call his lawyer.'

Although Frankie had suffered through anxiety her whole life, it had never gone this far. 

She said: 'The type of crisis moment is something I had dealt with throughout my life, but I had never been responsible for someone else and this compounded my paranoia and exacerbated my fears to the point of, well, making my will.' 

The mother of two shares both of her children, seven-year-old Parker, andCarter with ex-footballer Wayne. 

The mental health advocate wrote in her book that it was a challenge for her to come to terms with her changing pregnant body.   

'On one hand I felt immense pride in the fact that my body was growing another human.

'On the other hand I also carried the immense weight of underlying shame. I was so ashamed and if I’m honest, shocked that I wasn’t a gorgeous, glowing, neat and tidy pregnant woman.' 

Comments from stranger were not helping her fears and she went on to pen: 'People often thought I was carrying twins.'

For these reasons, Frankie also heartbreakingly revealed she thought she had failed at being a mother before even giving birth. 

Frankie has been in the public eye since she was 12-years-old when she joined S-Club juniors, before her career took off when she joined The Saturdays with Rochelle Humes, Molly King, Vanessa White and Una Healy.
