AMANDA Holden looked unbelievable as she stripped to a sunshine yellow bikini for a bracing dip in the sea.

The 50-year-old star showed off her tanned and toned figure on the Dorset coastline, smiling for a stunning Instagram snap.

The Britain's Got Talent star wore a floaty white shirt off her shoulder, tied her hair back and finished the look with sunglasses.

She captioned her snap: "Squeeeeeseezing the last drops out of #summer back on @thisisheart Monday 😍."

Kerry Katona fangirled over the shot and said: "Omg lend me your body for the day!!!!🔥🔥🔥."

The telly star has made the most of the staycation by swimming at sunrise.

She enjoyed a leisurely swim early on Monday, making a heart shape with her hands as the sun turned her into a silhouette.

Amanda recently enjoyed a family holiday in Corfu, before staying for a bit of me time after her relations jetted home.

She enjoyed the sun and scenery during her solo holiday which set her back eye-watering £1,200 per night.

Many fans missed Amanda's voice on Heart radio's breakfast show, which she co-hosts with Jamie Theakston.
