Actress Nusrat Jahan Flaunts Her Baby Bump And...

Popular Bengali actress and TMC MP, Nusrat Jahan is reportedly pregnant and will soon give birth to her first child. However, Nusrat hasn't confirmed anything about her pregnancy yet. But once again, her latest pictures, which the actress had posted on her social media handle are doing rounds on the internet.

For the unversed, Nusrat Jahan had tied the marital knot with her boyfriend and businessman, Nikhil Jain. After which, her interfaith marriage had become the talk of the town. Soon, Dar-ul-Uloom, the most prominent seminary of Islamic education in Asia, had objected to her marriage had issued a fatwa against her.

On June 26, 2021, Nusrat Jahan took to her Instagram handle and shared two stunning pictures of herself wearing a beautiful mickey mouse printed co-ord track suit. In the first picture, Nusrat can be spotted seeing away from the camera, and it's hard not to fall in love with her baby bump. However, what's interesting is the fact that the second picture is a close-up shot of the actress, in which the glimpse of her baby bump is cropped. Nusrat penned a one-liner in the caption along with the pictures, and it can be read as "Let's guide the lost bird home."

After confirming her split with Nikhil Jain, it was on July 12, 2021, when Nusrat Jahan's picture, flaunting her baby bump had gone viral on social media. Amid the separation reports of Nikhil and Nusrat, there were also rumours in the media about her pregnancy. As a confirmation of those rumours, a picture of pregnant Nusrat was going viral, in which she could be seen posing with fellow Bengali actresses, Srabanti Chatterjee and Tanushree. The mommy-to-be had looked radiant in a white dress with no makeup.

After Nusrat Jahan had released a statement to announce her separation from Nikhil Jain. In an interview with India Today, he had revealed that he has filed for an annulment. Nikhil said that he had filed a civil suit in Kolkata and will not comment on it till it is in court. Nikhil had revealed that the separation happened in November 2020.

In her media statement, Nusrat Jahan had clarified why she kept silent about her separation from Nikhil Jain for such a long time. Nusrat had said, "Our separation happened long back, but I did not speak about it as I intended to keep my private life to myself. Thus, my actions must not be questioned based on "separation", by the media or anybody I am not related to. The alleged marriage is not legal, valid and tenable; and thus, was not a marriage at all in the eye of law."

Nusrat Jahan hasn't clarified the reports of her pregnancy. But yet another picture of the actress, flaunting the baby bump maybe proves it to be true!
